There are real estate SEO strategies that just don’t work and a few mistakes to avoid that may actually get your website banned from Google's index.  The last thing you need is for Google to ban your website from their search index because they don’t like the way you do business.  And yes, it happens – try searching for the word Google Slap to learn more about it.

Here are a few of the steps we take to automate the real estate SEO process for you:

  1. We automatically include the title of your page or post in the Title bar & the URL.  This is a big deal for helping search engines determine what a page is about.
  2. The category name is automatically included in the URL for your posts.
  3. Meta tags are automatically generated based on your content and the category.
  4. A sitemap is automatically built then updated every time you add a new page or post.
  5. That sitemap is submitted to search engines notifying them of your new content.

Search engines crawl your website based on several criteria, but one of the biggies is how often it’s updated.  I usually receive Google alerts notifying me that Google found my page within a minute of publishing a new post.

All of this stuff happens automatically in the background – you don’t have to do anything extra or worry about it.
